What is Naturopathic Medicine?

Initial Naturopathic Consult

During our first visit together, we will review your symptoms and chief health concerns. Once we determine your goals, we will select or review relevant blood or lab work needed to monitor your current status. I will then create, and walk you through your unique protocol, designed specifically for you and your specific needs. We will choose the right nutritional supplements, diet and lifestyle modifications, herbal medicine, acupuncture, or physical treatments that you can implement into your life. Follow-up visits are typically one month later to review your progress and modify your plan accordingly.

Here we review your progress, and any test results and modify your treatment plan accordingly.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is a powerful tool that can help you relax, balance your nervous system and hormones, support your immune system, and address acute or chronic pain.
